At the time of your online reservation request, you will receive an invoice via email to pay the required 50% deposit. This deposit will place a hold on the equipment you've chosen. Balance is due the Thursday prior to your event. Reservations are secure once the initial 50% deposit has been made.

Rental Policies:
We make renting easy and stress-free. Our transparent policies and reliable delivery service ensure your party equipment arrives on time and is set up safely. Delivery fee: No charge in the Tulsa Metro area. Other areas are $2.50 per mile (one way fee.)
With each reservation the Lesee agrees All equipment will be supervised by an adult at all times.
Set Up Information: It’s important that we know in advance if you plan to set up on grass or concrete. Inflatables can ONLY be operated safely if they are secured and anchored properly. We bring stakes or sandbags depending on where the unit will be set up. If you make changes, please let us know as far in advance as possible (especially from grass to concrete) to ensure our Drivers will have the proper equipment with them at the time of delivery. Last minute changes could result in a delay to set up and a fee of $50.
Power Source Information: Inflatable units must be set within 100' to electricity. Generator options are available when an electrical source isn't within the required distance. Generators must be a minimum of 5000 watts or higher.
Dunk Tank Reservations Customer provides water hose with in reach to water source and Dunk Tank. Customer agrees the Dunk Tank will be supervised by an authorized adult at all time and will drain the Dunk Tank when it is not in use or if there is no adult supervision available.
Jumpman Party Rental and delivery drivers are not liable for any damage done to customers sprinkler system or property from our delivery vehicles to set-up location. The customer is responsible for letting our Drivers know the route to avoid any damage.
Inclement Weather/Wind:
We make every effort to set up for each and every rental reservation; however, the safety of your children is our top priority. Jumpman Party Rentals reserves the right to make the final decision to cancel a rental due to inclement weather. After delivery it is the responsibility of the customer to monitor the wind and if wind begins gusting 25+ higher, the customer agrees to turn off all equipment.
